AIEEE Exam is conducted generally in the month of April for admission into top engineering colleges in India and the basic eligibility is a pass in 12th class. The examination is conducted on the last Sunday of April and thus those who are aspiring for AIEEE 2012 would be appearing on the same day for exam. The results would be announced around the first week of the month of June 2012 for these candidates. They would be ranked on the state as well as all- India basis and ranks would be given to them accordingly.
Students who want to take bachelor’s of engineering or technology have to appear only for paper one. However, the architecture and planning students have to appear for paper 2. Once the scores are out for AIEEE Exam, the counseling is done by the Central Counseling Board.

AIEEE 2012 - 11th All India Engineering Entrance ExaminationAIEEE 2012 Eligibility Criteria:-
* For AIEEE a candidate needs to pass in Class 12th with Physics and Mathematics is compulsory subjects & at least one of the subjects among Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science or Biology.
* And for Architecture Courses Mathematics is compulsory subjects in class 12th with at least 50% marks aggregat.
* Forms will be available in designated branches of Syndicate Bank, CBSE Regional Office and Selected Institutes
AIEEE 2012 exam dates:- AIEEE 2012 will be held from 29th April (Sunday) till 26th May 2012.

AIEEE 2012 Paper Pattern:-
Paper 1:- Physics & Chemistry:- 150 objective type questions with equal weightage to Physics & Chemistry:- Total Marks 450
Paper 2:- Mathematics:- 75 objective type questions:- Total Marks 225
Paper 3:- Biology (Botany & Zoology):- 75 objective type questions with almost equal weightage to Botany & Zoology:- Total Marks 225
Paper 4:- Aptitude Test Part I:- 50 objective type questions:- Total Marks 150
Aptitude Test:- Part II :- Two questions to test drawing aptitude:- Total Marks 75
